FAQs

What is hand stamping?

Hand stamping is a form of jewelry making in which each letter or number is stamped into the metal one at a time using a metal stamp and a heavy hammer.  Because hand stamping is done by hand one letter at a time, no two pieces will ever be alike.  This adds to the unique quality of hand stamped jewelry.

How do I give you my personalization choices?

When you add the item to your cart and go to checkout there will be a "special instructions to the seller" box.  Please type in your personalization requests in this box. Failing to leave your requests will cause a delay in your order.

Can I add something to be stamped on the back of my item?

Unfortunately, most pieces cannot have stamping on the back.  When the stamping is done, it creates a slight impression on the opposite side.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because each item is handmade to order, please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be created.  There are times we are ahead of schedule!  After creation, your items will ship via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive to you in 2-5 business days.

What should I do to care for my jewelry?

Taking care of your hand stamped jewelry is simple. When not in use, store in a dry area.   Avoid showering with your jewelry on or contact with water as it could cause the coloring inside the letters to come out.  If this happens, please contact us for a solution.  Use a polishing cloth if your piece is beginning to tarnish or gets dirty.

What should I make for dinner?

Sorry, can't help you with this one :)  But you can't go wrong with Pinterest and a slow cooker!
