Shipping and Returns

  • Standard USPS shipping or FREE on orders over $65!
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days.
  • Once a package is dispatched to USPS, the delivery process is out of our control.  If you have questions or concerns with your package delivery, please contact us or your local post office for assistance. 
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us to resolve the issue. 

  • Returns on non-personalized items > unworn, unwashed in original condition are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit or a refund in the original payment method minus shipping cost.
  • Personalized Items are non-refundable as they are hand-crafted specifically for you, but we will do what we can to fix the issue, so please message us in this case. We may provide an exchange, store credit, or rectify the problem in the case of errors on our part. In the case of a customer error, we will fix the problem at the cost of half of the item's original price plus shipping.
  • We do offer corrections/replacements for damaged items, misspellings, etc., within reason.
  • Sale/clearance or items purchased with shop credit are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
