If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us to resolve the issue. We do offer corrections/replacements for damaged items, misspellings, etc., within reason.
If you are returning a non-personalized item, the item must be in original condition and shipped back to us before a refund will be given. Upon receipt of the item, a full refund minus shipping will be given within 2 business days.

Items that are personalized are non-refundable as they are hand-crafted specifically for you, but we will do what we can to fix the issue, so please message us in this case. We may provide an exchange, store credit, or rectify the problem in the case of errors on our part. In the case of a customer error, we will fix the problem at the cost of half of the item's original price plus shipping.

Every item comes with a 6 month warranty.  If your chain breaks or a charm or piece falls off within this 6 month time frame, please contact us with your original order number and a photo of the item.  We will be glad to replace it for you!  This warranty does not apply to regular wear-and-tear of the item.

Please remember that because each metal piece is hand-stamped, there could be slight variations in the spacing and placement of each letter stamp. These are not flaws, but simply a unique feature of hand-stamped jewelry.  Refunds and re-makes will not be given on items that have these slight variations.

In regards to shipping, please note that once a package is dispatched to USPS, the delivery process is out of our control.  If you have questions or concerns with your package delivery, please contact us or your local post office for assistance.
